We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Support the HR team in other talent acquisition and HR-related activities.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online recruitment platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
