About you:

We’re looking for a curious and tech-savvy intern to join our Employee Success (ES) team. In this role, you’ll work on projects that make life easier for our global ES team ,building dashboards, managing data, and exploring automation and AI solutions. This is a hands-on opportunity to turn data into actionable insights while supporting innovative initiatives that shape the future of how we work.

Area of Responsibilities:

Data & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI) for ES.
  • Manage and organize global data for reporting.

Technical Projects

  • Assist in creating automation tools for ES processes.
  • Explore AI-driven solutions for reporting and workflow optimization.

Database Management

  • Work with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.

  Project Support

  • Collaborate with GTS and ES teams on innovation projects.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution with guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Basic SQL knowledge (required).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, dashboards).
  • Exposure to AI or automation projects (bonus).
  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management principles (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
