ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining the HR management system.
- Supporting to maintain HR reports based on changes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding and so on).
- Facilitate employee signing of various documents and agreements.
- Paperless labor contracts management and complete the electronic archiving of contracts.
- Assist in compiling documents for company subsidy application.
- Support social security & housing fund enrollment/termination processes and maintain related data.
- Complete other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- 协助维护 HR 人事系统；
- 协助制做人事报表，根据员工异动做相关更新；
- 协助员工签署各类文件协议；
- 负责无纸化劳动合同管理，完成纸质劳动合同电子化归档；
- 协助完成公司各类补贴申请资料准备；
- 协助办理社保公积金增减员及数据维护；
- 完成其他交办的临时工作。
- Undergraduate student or above. Human Resource Management, Business Administration or English is preferred.
- Availability to work at least 4 days per week, a minimum 3 months internship with us.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, responsibility, proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and good communication skills.
- 本科生及以上学历，人力资源管理，工商管理或英语专业为佳;
- 每周不低于 4 天出勤，实习期在 3 个月及以上;
- 有一定的 Office 办公软件使用能力;
- 工作态度认真严谨，细心负责，积极主动，好学且良好的表达能力。
