About the Role:
- Assisting in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases
- Screening resumes and aligning profiles to open positions
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders, including calendar management and follow-ups
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in market mapping and organizational research
- Maintaining accurate records of candidates and recruitment data
- Contributing to talent pipeline development and recruitment reporting
About You:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
