Your daily pitch

Do you have a passion for data? Do you believe that the best decisions are made by understanding and analyzing the available data? Does bringing data to life excite you? Then this position might be just the right opportunity for you! In this role you will be the bridge between Finance and HR teams, communicating with stakeholders and assisting the business with monthly, yearly and ad-hoc data analysis, offering valuable insights into people-related metrics.

Your playing field:

• You support the organization in analyzing, tracking and maintaining HR data.
• You assist the business with the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports. 
• You ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of data. 
• You provide data analysis of HR & people metrics, focusing on key performance indicators.
• You help with the budgeting, forecasting and analysis of staff related costs.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

• Qualification. You have a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in business, economics or finance and/or a related field. 
• Experience. You have professional work experience in a similar role and a good understanding of numbers, data analysis and forecasting -  ideally with a focus on workforce planning and/or HR related data.
• Tech-savvy. You are confident in using advanced functions in Excel (i.e. data manipulation, pivot tables and formulas) and a strong interest in technology. Any additional experience with tools used for data analysis, reporting, or automation (such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar) is an advantage.
• Nimble learning mindset. You are comfortable with being challenged and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow.
• Solution-oriented & hands-on. You handle changing requirements and ad-hoc requests without loosing your focus on the bigger picture.
• Communication skills. You are fluent in English and you are able to communicate with various stakeholders in an efficient way.
