Are you energized by improving HR processes through smart, user-friendly HR systems? Do you enjoy working with HR colleagues, translating their needs into practical solutions and helping people work more efficiently? Then this could be the right next step for you.
At Kramp, we are building a more scalable, consistent and future-proof HR Service Delivery model. Workday is our core HR system, and we are further developing our HR technology landscape as part of our People & Culture strategy towards 2030. Topics such as HRIS blueprinting, global process standardization, Time & Attendance, payroll integration and data-driven HR services are high on our agenda.
To support this journey, we are looking for an HR Information System Specialist to join our international HR Service Delivery team.
What is your role
As HR Information System Specialist, you help Kramp get more value from its HR systems, especially Workday. You are the link between HR processes, system possibilities and the needs of our end users.
In this role, you will:
Work with HR Process Optimization Specialists to ensure system solutions fit the intended process design.
Translate HR process needs and stakeholder questions into clear system requirements and practical solutions.
Support testing, deployment and aftercare for HR system changes.
Work with HR Data & Analytics colleagues to improve data quality, enabling them to improve reporting possibilities and insight-driven HR services.
Provide second-line HRIS support to HR colleagues and help resolve functional system questions.
Contribute to future HRSD initiatives, such as HRIS roadmap development, Time & Attendance, global payroll and global HR process standardization.
Help make HR systems easier to understand and use, through clear documentation, guidance and knowledge sharing.
Acted as a point of contact for system queries, triaged incoming tickets and worked directly on resolving issues.
You work closely with other HR Information System Specialists, HR Process Optimization Specialists and our HR Data & Analytics colleagues. Together, we improve processes, translate requirements into workable system solutions, support HR colleagues across countries and make sure our systems are clear, reliable and easy to use.
Who are you
You are someone who likes to understand how HR processes work and how systems can make them easier, more consistent and more reliable. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and can explain system topics in a clear, practical way.
For this role, you bring:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in HR, Business, IT or a related field.
Experience with Workday or another HR information system.
A good understanding of HR processes, preferably in an international environment.
The ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
A service-oriented mindset, while also being able to challenge requests when needed.
Curiosity and motivation to further develop your technical HRIS knowledge.
Good English communication skills.
It would be a plus if you also have experience with:
Time & Attendance and/or payroll systems
HR service delivery or shared service environments.
Testing, documentation and change support.
Working with global or multi-country HR processes.
