Responsibilities: -
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Engage in strategies around talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Assess and coach to achieve maximum performance in support of a high-performance culture.
- Develop and support positive and proactive employee relations programs, maintain good communications and working relationships with employees and managers.
