RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term enterprise sales and business development strategies.
- Own enterprise sales targets, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
- Identify, structure, and manage strategic enterprise accounts and commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across key accounts.
- Drive adoption of cloud consulting and transformation services, particularly AWS solutions.
- Develop account-specific strategies to identify whitespace opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Lead outbound prospecting and pipeline development across large enterprise accounts.
- Conduct initial customer conversations, presentations, solution demonstrations, and business discussions independently.
- Develop and contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pre-sales documentation.
- Work closely with AWS and other technology partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and drive customer adoption.
- Establish regular engagement cadences with cloud partners, OEMs, ISVs, and business development teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop account-based campaigns, workshops, events, and customer engagement programs.
- Build account intelligence through market research, social platforms, industry analysis, and customer data.
- Track customer buying behavior, technology trends, industry developments, and relevant regulatory or policy changes.
- Build a high-performing, collaborative sales organization and leverage team capabilities to develop winning proposals and business opportunities.
- Provide strategic market insights and sales updates to leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, technology, or cloud sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Proven experience in direct enterprise sales and strategic account management.
- Strong background selling cloud computing or cloud consulting services.
- AWS cloud sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build enterprise pipelines through outbound prospecting and account development.
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong CXO-level relationship-building and consultative selling capabilities.
- Ability to conduct first-level discovery conversations, presentations, and cloud solution discussions without heavy dependence on pre-sales teams.
- Experience working with technology partners, OEMs, ISVs, and cloud provider teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and negotiate enterprise deals.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify market trends, and uncover new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong ownership, responsiveness, and execution orientation.
