Reporting to Opella People Director Europe & Latin America, the Opella HR Head Socopac will deliver HR strategy & support for all Commercial Operations, Bogotá Hub, Business partnering functions i.e business perimeter of ~450 people in 5 countries: Colombia, Ecuador, Panamá, and Argentina: 

- Translate business strategy of these countries into a clear and appealing people agenda, for the CHC Commercial affiliates as well as for other functions (support etc)

- Provide strategic HR consulting to GM, business leaders and country-based populations

- Drive specific people approaches to address specific CHC business needs & challenges

-Help accelerating and driving a solid CHC consumer centric culture

Located Within a Zone / Sub Region / Cluster, a country or a site In link with a HR BP and/or HR Geography, implements HR Policies and programs, supports leaders in all people and organization related matters and labor relations and performs some administrative tasks. Is responsible for legal & social compliance; faces local management and employees.

Main responsibilities:

HR strategy

  • Partner with your Business to set the people strategy which will support the delivery of business objectives and ambition at short, mid and long terms
  • Co-lead and infuse the CHC mindset in order to to be the best Fast Moving Consumer Health company IN & FOR the World
  • Actively contribute to Socopac Business Reviews, budget planning
  • Engage behind a clear people strategy, setting common priorities but also driving specific HR initiatives designed to address specific needs of the different teams (Commercial Operations affiliate, Hub…)
  • Contribute to deploy CHC People roadmap & initiatives within the zone
  • Partner with Leaders to make best decisions on people- and organization-related issues.
  • Acts as the single point of contact locally to drive transversal topics & coordinate common processes at zone level, across functions, supporting the GM

People and Organizational Development

  • Talent Management & Succession Planning: lead Socopac Talent and Succession Plan reviews
  • Ensure a solid Talent pipeline focusing on CHC critical future capabilities for Socopac
  • Roll-out any global Employer Branding initiatives in and outside CHC for Socopac
  • Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within Socopac, with the strong support of the dedicated CHC COE

HR “routine”:

  • Continuous follow up on HC locally, pilot and follow-up critical positions’ vacancies. Manage and plan CHC recruitment budgeting & analysis, hand in hand with Talent CHC team
  • Ensure processes are compliant with local regulations and partner with local compliance to manage potential compliance cases if any

  • Experience:
    • Experience in human resources management, preferably with multinational corporations
    • Well-rounded experience in leadership development, career consulting, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, and change management
