We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious HR Graduate Trainee to join our team and develop their career within a global organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to make a real contribution from day one.

As an HR Graduate Trainee, you will gain broad exposure to a variety of HR activities while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

Job Description

  • Prepare engaging employee communications, including the quarterly employee newsletter
  • Carry out HR administration and record-keeping, including generating grant funding claims for training spend
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding of new employees
  • Support employee relations activity, helping to promote a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace
  • Analyse HR data and contribute to HR initiatives and business projects
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation, HR trends and best practice
  • Contribute fresh ideas and get involved in projects and initiatives that improve the employee experience and the wider business
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation while developing your HR knowledge and professional skills

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Essential

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Ambitious and motivated to build a career in Human Resources
  • Strong analytical skills, with a natural ability to problem-solve and work with information
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, resilient and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Curious and open-minded, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and approaches

Desirable

  • Strong written and creative writing skills
