Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Generalist to support our growing HR team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including HRIS management, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring critical thinking, solid HR expertise, and a proactive approach to supporting employees and management across the organization.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience, specifically with a focus in California labor/compliance law
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Proficient in HRIS data management
  • Experience with disciplinary action support and performance management
  • Solid understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with Paycom/other HRIS systems 
  • Supporting multi state HR operations

Skills Required
