Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Hybrid work model: Requiring 3 days in office per week. 
Pay Rate: $63,000-$68,000 Annually DOE 
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support, motivate, and engage the workforce to build a strong team environment and improve retention.
  • Partner with management to foster a positive, high-performing culture aligned with core values.
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders, including coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws while minimizing organizational risk.
  • Collaborate with leadership and the Talent team on workforce planning and staffing strategies.
  • Analyze trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Drive process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance business operations.
  • Identify training and development needs for teams and support individual coaching to improve performance.
  • Support business growth and customer retention through strong employee engagement and partnership with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant human resources experience, including experience in employee relations.
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a consistent focus on delivering excellent customer service. Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels, with high emotional intelligence and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Must have a high level of integrity, good judgment, flexibility, attention to detail, and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of information inherent to the role. This is a team player role, so you must be ready to work collaboratively.
Preferences: 
  • Paylocity HRIS experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of college education and HR professional certification. 

Physical Effort/Activities:
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
