The Role
As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to expert for HR administration and compliance while partnering closely with leadership and restaurant managers - perfect for someone who enjoys both structure and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead employee onboarding and new hire orientation
- Maintain personnel files, track insurance eligibility and PTO for eligible employees
- Work with 3rd party administrators for Workers’ Comp and Unemployment claims
- Advise employees and managers regarding company policies and procedures
- Conduct annual internal leadership surveys and prepare results
- Assist with weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years’ in Human Resources positions or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, communication, planning, and time management skills
- Commitment to highest of ethical standards and confidentiality
