Employment (60%)
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end (administration, newcomer experience focus, conducting exit interviews)
- Maintaining and organizing employee records and documentation (employment agreements and modifications, documents such as sick leave notes, tax benefit declarations, etc.)
- Monitoring HR processes, supporting the implementation of improvements
- Supporting policy creation and updates, ensuring compliance and clarity
- Supporting payroll processes
Team Happiness / Engagement (40%)
- Organizing team-building activities, celebrations, and company-wide events
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and well-being projects
- Serving as a friendly, approachable point of contact for employee questions
- Contributing ideas to improve the employee experience continuously
- have 1-3 years of experience in HR
- are okay with being in the office 2-3 days/week
- understand the basic HR processes and employment administration
- are structured, have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- have excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
- are able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- have a proactive, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
- have experience with HRIS
- worked with IT professionals before
- proficiency in English with active usage and native Hungarian
