Oates Energy is seeking an experienced and reliable HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support remotely, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.

Position Overview
The HR Generalist will handle various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, policy enforcement, and employee relations, ensuring that HR practices align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Training & Development: Assist with training programs and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $32+ per hour (depending on experience).
