The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources function within our Workforce Solutions team. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, providing comprehensive support to employees and management, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The HR Generalist will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR policies and programs are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives. 

What you’ll do
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions in line with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Coordinate and/or participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.

  • Assist in the administration of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent review and feedback processes. Provide guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

  • Collaborate with HR COE partners to support the administration of compensation programs, including salary benchmarking and annual merit reviews.

  • Identify development needs and assist in the coordination or delivery of development programs as required.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

What experience you need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.

  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What could set you apart
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Workday.

  • Demonstrated experience in change management or organizational development initiatives.

  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.

  • HR Certification.
