- Provide comprehensive support to the HRBP in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate and support Talent Development Programmes to promote employee growth.
- Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company values and legal standards, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
- Lead end to end recruitment activities for junior roles
- Collaborate in strengthening employer branding activities.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across HR functions and with employees.
- Provide Administrative support for key HR processes

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources or related roles, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Fluent in English (C1 confirmed by certificate)
- Strong understanding of HR management best practices, employee development, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive and open-minded approach to HR practices.
