Your mission:
- Support and clarify employees about HR policies and procedures, acknowledge and screen requests or issues, assuring the follow-up until its closure
- Ensure HR databases are up to date and prepare HR related documentation
- Development and implementation of HR projects
- Keep activities and KPIs on-track and ready for reporting
We are looking forward to:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- Experience as an HR Generalist
- Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation
- A people-person, with exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality oriented
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English
