HR Generalist (m/f/d)
In this position you will integrate the local HR team. You'll be responsible for various topics in the HR department such as payroll, reporting, HR development, communication and labour relations.
Key Accountabilities and Activities
- Participate to monthly payroll activities
- Participate in and support local industrial relations activities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations within the local context
- Facilitate effective local communication with employees
- Implement corporate policies at the local level
- Manage and maintain the local HRIS
- Design and deliver employee development and training programs
- Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes
- Support strategic workforce development initiatives
- Be gradually involved in strategic decisions
Your profile
Key Competencies
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Sound legal understanding – Knowledge of Spanish labor law
- Resilience and emotional intelligence
- Ability to keep good relations with worker’s union
- B2 English level
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or similar background / experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in Payroll and Labour Relations are required
- Experience in HR communication, reporting and development are an asset
