Are you an experienced HR professional with a knack for data and a passion for people?  We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. This in-office, onsite role will provide full-spectrum HR support to our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment and effective conflict resolution.
• Recruiting: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• General HR Duties: Support all HR functions and program management including, general administrative tasks, performance management, compliance, and training initiatives.
• Advanced Computer Skills: Leverage your expertise in Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data, create reports, and streamline HR processes.
• Collaboration: Partner with leadership and teams to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, 3 - 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license - minimal travel to Columbus location.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Blue Ash, Ohio office.
