About the Role:

As an HR Generalist, you will provide hands-on support to the Senior Director of HR in India, focusing on HR operations, talent acquisition, and onboarding. You will play a key role in supporting our workforce and ensuring smooth HR processes while collaborating with teams across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support for employees and managers, addressing day-to-day HR inquiries.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Greenhouse, from job postings to onboarding.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and support HR compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and corporate HR policies.

What You Bring:

• 5-6 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems such as Greenhouse and BambooHR.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
• Understanding of India labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to support global teams across different time zones.
