  • As part of his duties, the Human Resources Associate will ensure the following tasks :

    - Ensure the payroll process from Recruitment to Termination (including timekeeping)

    - Advise the plant management committee on social policy and in particular recruitment, on the forward planning of jobs, career management, professional training

    - Provide an advisory role in monitoring individual work relations in all their aspects: discipline, transfer, illness, medical examination, leave etc.

    - Support and ensure regulations on working hours at the level of all departments (including temporary employees)

    - Support and ensure all legal or regulatory provisions resulting from the Labor Code as well as conventional, contractual or customary provisions applicable to the company.

    - Ensure a role of legal monitoring and alert on the evolution of regulations

    - Support HRBP in recruitment process (sorting of CVs, initial selections, interviews, etc.)

    - Establish employment contracts in accordance with the current rules and procedures

    - Coordinate the payroll with the help of the Payroll provider and Health and insurance company

    - Update individual files (amendments to employment contracts, job descriptions, etc.)

    - Participate in the management of temporary workers (support for the workshop manager, validation of contracts, time sheets, control of invoicing)

    - Monitor the relationship with temporary employment agencies

    - Ensure the planning and monitoring of medical visits (excluding return to work)

    - Prepare work accident reports

    - Support individual employee procedures (retirement files, 1% housing files, long-service medals, etc.)
