About the role

As a HR Generalist at Nexperia you will be, within an international playground, part of the country HR department. We are a global and fast-growing tech company where you will have every opportunity to develop yourself. In this role you will become responsible for all local HR matters for our Netherland organization. You are connecting global HR guidelines with local legislation, and you are the HR link between local management, employees, and the international HRBP organization.

What you will do

  • Support and advise local managers and employees on HR related matters.

  • Lead the efficient deployment of Nexperia (Local) HR programs and policies.

  • Leading and supporting several HR projects within the Netherland organization.

  • Collaborate with HR CoE’s (Center of Excellence) and local experts to deliver the HR agenda effectively.

  • As a member of the HR Support team, you will be executing several operative HR tasks (e.g. implementation of disciplinary measures, data entry SAP/Workday, process documentation, implementation of promotions, prepare performance round).

  • Act as interface between the Global HRBP and the local country HR team.

  • You will directly report to the Country HR Director.

What you will need

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably) Human Resource Management.

  • 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field (preferably international).

  • Experience with working in a matrix organization.

  • Knowledge of local (Dutch) labor law and HR practices.

  • Strong communication skills and able to build relationships based on trust and knowledge.

  • Clear business mindset but with strong people orientation.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
