Job Description
Objective of the role: Attract, and keep the best employees. The focus will be on talent acquisition, employee assessment, bring the right people for the right roles and looking for new ways to search candidates, as head hunting, alliances with study centers or government entities. Be the fist point of contact for RPO's. And be the responsible for the process from the beginning to the end.
Support and execute projects, programs & activities of People & Performance CARICAM (Costa Rica-Panama-Dominican Republic & Miami) in order to satisfied personal needs, improve engagement and performance of Commercial & Support Team and help to implement People & Performance strategy. Also support Talent Development Hispanics Team in some activities related to the BU.
1. Ensure and execute a robust Talent Acquisition process: ensure with HRBP that Job Descriptions are accurate and up to date, full position opening management in Workday, interview process, coordination with HRBPs, ensure diversity and propose creative ways to attract talent into the organization.
Maintain the communication with the line manager of the position open about the process.
Be the first point of contact with RPO's.
Assure to track the talent acquisition KPI's.
Ensure a robust talent acquisition process with different projects such as Internz, Trainees that company brings.
Schedule Onboarding to New Hires.
2. Lead and execute the Talent Acquisition, strategy by developing relationships with study centers or government entities, to attract talent and help to manage social media annual strategy plan with the person in charge of Local Communication and the agency.
4. Develop with the input from HRBPs, the annual Talent Acquisition plan for the BU.
5. Help in the execution of strategy for diversity and inclusion across the BU- ensuring diversity and inclusion throughout all talent processes/practices.
6. Support and execute programs & activities of People & Performance CARICAM as engagement activities.
7. Support Talent Development Team with activities related to the BU.
Knowledge & Requisitions:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology.
3+ years of experience working in talent acquisitions process and with people management areas.
Advanced English Level (at least 85%)
