Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline and simplify the end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide high level administrative and systems related support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management, leave management and reward and recognition initiatives, and escalates them as needed
- Ensure process improvement and operational support for onboarding and offboarding process and framework
- Advise managers on people related topics
- Conduct or participate in recurrent people processes such as: new hire orientation, performance and talent management, succession planning, budgeting and workforce planning, and exit formalities
- Ensure HR practices / procedures are maintained to comply with government policy change and local laws, statutory and audit requirements
- Handle HR projects and uses judgement within defined HR practices and procedures
- Manage the ongoing relationship with internal customers and external vendors
- Provide guidance, support and counsel to employees on defined employee relations issues
- Work closely with TA, C&B, Finance, Payroll and HR Shared Services teams
- Establish strong relationships within all levels of the organization
- Observe the Internal Regulations of the company and its specific labor general procedures
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources laws and local regulations
- PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.;
- Fluency in English (oral and written communication);
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative;
- Detail-oriented, analytical and highly organized; able to handle competing priorities simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills and professional approach regarding confidentiality and work ethics
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm
Location: Hybrid from our Bucharest office
