Job Description

We are looking for a HR Generalist to lead workforce strategy, culture, and execution excellence in a manufacturing plant-based, employee-facing role. This position will be Full-Time and On-Site in Wilsonville, OR.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, regulatory requirements, and TE policies

  • Support audit readiness, documentation, and corrective action plans

  • Proactively manage employee relations risks, investigations, and resolution fairly and consistently

  • Lead positive employee relations through proactive coaching, issue resolution, and culture reinforcement

  • Drive action planning from Every Voice Counts engagement results and hold leaders accountable for outcomes

  • Serve as a visible champion of safety, inclusion, accountability, and TE values

  • Leverage HR Service Centers and COEs for delivery while maintaining local ownership and accountability

  • Collaborate across sites and business units to share best practices and improve HR capability at scale

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and employee relations

  • Provide hands-on support during site ramp-up, including shift structures, workforce deployment, and stabilization of operations

  • Maintain accurate and reliable workforce data to support decision-making

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, talent, and workforce trends

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across HR systems and processes

What You'll Need
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated success as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing or operational environment

  • Strong hands-on execution experience with the ability to operate independently under general supervision

Preferred:

  • Leadership capabilities as a credible coach and advisor who earns trust through presence, judgment, and follow-through

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, requiring negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Comfortably operating in ambiguity while driving structure, discipline, and results

  • Data-informed, process-oriented, and biased toward action

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to challenge leaders constructively

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

  • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings

$30-$35 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
