Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Human Resources certification preferred.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- 1+ year in an HR Generalist role
- Solid understanding of general human resources benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in HRIS system, preferably ADP.
- Experience using and/or administering timekeeping systems (e.g. Kronos, UKG, Workday) preferred.
- Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other related state and federal laws strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $52,400 to $65,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What you will be doing?
We’re looking for someone who has the dynamic ability to support Supply Chain and Sales Operations. In this role, you’ll support daily operational activities, analyze trends, and help teams stay aligned on priorities and timelines. You’ll collaborate with supply chain leaders, sales leaders, and HR stakeholders to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and supporting fast‑moving teams.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve escalated employee questions.
- Manage leaves of absence program to ensure optimal administration and employee engagement.
- Accurately record and maintain employee leave time in timekeeping system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and timely reporting.
- Be familiar with and maintain-up-to-date knowledge of FMLA and state leave policies.
- Provide coaching to employees and managers.
- Manage HR case management system and employee data in core HR systems; workflow administration, recognize and address data trends, data audits, and corrections.
- Recommend improvements and execute changes to make shared services processes more efficient and accurate.
- Provide expertise and interpretation on the company’s policies and benefits.
- Document and streamline core people services processes to drive efficiency and best-in-class end-user experience.
- Assist in rolling out new processes for shared services.
- Producing headcount, turnover, and other people-analytics reports
- Supporting culture initiatives and operational goals within the business
- Helping managers document performance issues
- Supporting career development, succession planning, and other training initiatives
- Supporting audits (internal or external)
- Conduct exit interviews, compile data, and assist with identifying trends.
