- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and documentation
- Advise managers on performance management, attendance, policy interpretation, and employee communication
- Support hiring, onboarding, orientation, employee changes, and offboarding
- Coordinate employee leaves, accommodations, workers' compensation, and benefits-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information, and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement, retention, training, and workforce initiatives
- Ensure HR practices remain consistent with applicable federal, New Jersey, and local employment requirements
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or another high-volume operational environment preferred
- Strong employee relations, investigation, and performance management experience
- Working knowledge of federal and New Jersey employment laws
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with sound judgment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- $65,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time position based in Carteret, NJ
