- Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, workplace concerns, and employee relations
- Conduct and document employee investigations, corrective actions, and performance-related matters
- Coach supervisors and managers on performance management, attendance, employee communication, and conflict resolution
- Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee changes, and offboarding
- Coordinate employee leaves, accommodations, workers' compensation matters, and benefits-related support
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS information
- Partner with operational leadership on employee engagement, retention, and workforce needs
- Help ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Experience supporting a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or operational workforce preferred
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices
- Strong communication, judgment, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- $65,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time position based in Hazleton, PA
