Harris est à la recherche d’un(e) Généraliste RH principal(e) pour se joindre à son équipe nord-américaine des Services partagés RH. Ce poste soutient les employés et les gestionnaires de plusieurs unités d’affaires tout au long du cycle de vie de l’employé, avec un accent particulier sur la gestion de l’invalidité, y compris les dossiers de la CNESST et la conformité aux exigences de la RAMQ.

Vous agirez à titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance en matière de politiques RH, de normes du travail et de relations avec les employés. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les partenaires d’affaires RH, l’équipe de la paie et les fournisseurs externes. Vous soutiendrez régulièrement les employés, animerez des séances d’accueil et communiquerez divers programmes en français et en anglais.
Vous participerez également aux intégrations d’acquisitions, notamment à l’accueil des employés et à l’harmonisation des programmes RH dans les nouvelles unités d’affaires acquises. De plus, vous contribuerez à l’administration du régime d’actionnariat des employés (RAE) et des programmes de bonification, notamment en ce qui concerne la validation de l’admissibilité, la production de rapports et les communications, en partenariat avec les équipes des Finances et les parties prenantes concernées.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous utiliserez des outils d’intelligence artificielle pour soutenir les opérations RH, notamment pour le triage des demandes, la création et la normalisation des communications destinées aux employés, l’analyse de données, la production de rapports et l’amélioration de l’efficacité des processus.
Profil recherché
- Bilinguisme complet en français et en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Expérience avec Workday (ou autre logiciel RH) et des plateformes de gestion de demandes RH comme Dovetail.
- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en ressources humaines, avec une expertise démontrée en relations avec les employés, gestion de l’invalidité ou législation canadienne et québécoise en matière d’emploi.
- Excellente connaissance des normes du travail canadiennes, y compris des exigences propres au Québec liées à la CNESST et à la RAMQ.
- Expérience en gestion de l’invalidité.
- Souci du détail et excellentes capacités d’organisation.
- Capacité à faire preuve d’un jugement éclairé dans des situations complexes et sensibles.
- Aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique à volume élevé.

Harris is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our North American Shared Services HR team. This role supports employees and leaders across multiple business units throughout the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Disability Management, including CNESST cases and RAMQ compliance.
This position operates within an AI-enabled shared services environment, where technology and automation are used to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery. The role focuses on applying judgment, managing exceptions, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across HR processes.
You will serve as a trusted advisor on HR policy, employment standards, and employee relations, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external vendors. You will regularly support employees, conduct onboarding sessions, and communicate programs in both English and French.
You will also support acquisition integrations, including employee onboarding and HR program alignment across newly acquired business units. In addition, you will contribute to the administration of the Employee Share Ownership Plan and bonus programs, including eligibility validation, reporting, and communication in partnership with Finance and program stakeholders.
As part of this role, you will leverage AI tools to support HR operations, including assisting with ticket triage, generating and standardizing employee communications, supporting reporting and data analysis, and improving workflow efficiency.
