As an HR Generalist here at Solstice, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
- Partner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulations
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
- Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and ability to support recruiting
- Ability to interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
