Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including background checks, offer and contract preparation, and maintenance of accurate HR records.
- Coordinate benefits activation, vacation and absence tracking, and documentation for payroll and personnel changes.
- Support training and development programs, monitor completion, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide employee relations support across LATAM offices, offering guidance, follow-up, and high-quality service.
- Organize internal communications and engagement initiatives that enhance culture, well-being, and employee experience.
- Participate in and support the alignment of HR processes across cross-border entities.
- Assist with performance evaluation cycles, HR audits, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to internal policies and local regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Provide responsive and professional support to HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate on HR operational projects across LATAM, supporting the implementation and adoption of new tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR roles, ideally supporting HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and operational best practices in Mexico.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- A service-oriented, improvement-driven, and culturally aware mindset.
