Mission & Outcomes: FloWater was founded with a simple idea and a big vision. As we expand across the United States, we are looking for an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team who is obsessively aggressive about changing the way the world drinks water by fanatically building a sales funnel from start to finish and expanding our market presence with the World’s Best Tasting Water.  The role will work closely with leadership to ensure all projects, deadlines, and functions of the organization are working in support of the mission, vision, and strategy. This role will work closely with employees to ensure accurate and timely responses to inquiries, concerns, and needs, as well as champion our culture and values.

Great Candidates: You are a motivated and resourceful HR professional with 3–5 years of experience, skilled at balancing full-cycle recruiting with day-to-day HR operations, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build strong relationships, improve processes, and make a measurable impact on both talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Responsibilities and Role: 

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast talent needs, define job requirements, and build effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage employer branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging in job postings, social channels, and recruitment marketing.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles through proactive sourcing and networking.

  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.

  •  Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and support talent development initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws.

  • Partner with managers and employees to support engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

  • Participate in HR projects such as handbook updates, employee communications, and process improvements.

Candidate Competencies:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 3–5 years of HR generalist, recruiting, or HR coordinator experience.

  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth or multi-site environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems; experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary ($75,000-$90,000), as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
