Provide comprehensive support to the human resources function, with a primary focus on full‑cycle recruiting. Coordinate and assist with key HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee relations support, and general HR administration.
Responsibilities- Manages full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and coordinating offers.
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach to attract high‑quality candidates.
- Partners closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and ensure an efficient and consistent recruitment process.
- Coordinates interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring logistics to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Builds strong working relationships with hiring managers, employees, and HR to support recruiting and general HR operations, including serving as first point of contact for routine HR questions.
- Provides hands‑on support for HR activities such as data entry and case management documentation.
- Partners with HR leadership to implement HR and recruiting initiatives.
- Designs and delivers components of the new hire experience, including orientation and onboarding, as needed.
- Assists employees and managers in understanding and applying HR policies and procedures, responding to HR-related inquiries via email and phone, and escalating when needed.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends updates to HR and recruiting procedures; ensures effective communication and follow‑up.
- Collaborates with HR managers to address employee relations issues, as needed.
- Work is primarily performed in climate-controlled office settings.
- Work requires lifting objects up to 10 lbs.
- Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three (3) years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, with hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate selection methods.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and guide them through the recruiting process.
- Working knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment laws, regulations, and basic employee relations concepts.
- Ability to support general HR activities such as onboarding, policy interpretation, documentation, and process improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation, deliver clear messages, and provide guidance to employees and managers.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and HR tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to analyze recruiting and HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
