THE ROLE
As an Indie Campers People Business Associate (HR Generalist), you will be responsible for driving regional efficiency in HR by optimising processes, like recruitment and admin
You will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our region.
You will be joining our North America regional team, reporting directly to the General Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Support full-cycle recruitment for Canada and USA operations, and Mexico HQ;
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of all employees;
- Keep employee records organized, accurate, and compliant;
- Assist with payroll processing and employee documentation;
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and admin tasks;
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or admin support roles. Preferably for operations in USA;;
- Proven ability to manage recruitment coordination and employee documentation;
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal);
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
