The Role

Come join our growing People Operations team in Mexico City! We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts, you’ll collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees to enhance HR processes, ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

You excel at building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and implementing best practices in recruitment, performance management, and learning initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Help facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new employees.
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation systems that align with company objectives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a focus on recruitment 
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Monthly Compensation Range

MXN $55,000 - $58,000 per month 

Base salary is one component of total compensation. 

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
