Deutsch:

  • Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Koordination und Genauigkeit der Entgeltabrechnung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Abrechnungsdienstleister ADP sowie mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern
  • Erstellen von Auswertungen in Zuarbeit für Finance/Controlling (z. B. HC-Zahlen, Rückstellungen u.a.)
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussaktivitäten im Personalbereich sowie Betreuung von Steuer- und SV-Prüfungen
  • Umsetzung und Pflege der „tariflichen“ und betrieblichen Regelungen zum Entgeltsystem des Unternehmens, Bewertung von Stellen (analog ERA Südbaden) sowie Begleitung von Comp./Ben-Prozessen des Konzerns
  • Verantwortung für die Pflege, Qualitätssicherung und Aufbereitung der Personalstammdaten als Grundlage für die Entgeltabrechnung und das HR-Reporting
  • Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen, insbesondere im Kontext Payroll und Reporting
  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit abrechnungsrelevanten Themen und HR-Kennzahlen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von HR-, Payroll- und Controlling-Prozessen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Instrumenten und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Datenanalyse, Reporting und Prozessverbesserung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Durchführung der operativen Personaladministration inkl. Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und abrechnungsrelevanten Dokumenten für einen definierten, eingegrenzten Betreuungskreis
  • Begleitung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles mit besonderem Fokus auf abrechnungsrelevante Prozesse sowie der Sicherstellung korrekter und vollständiger Personaldaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem HR-Team sowie regelmäßiger Austausch mit Finance und Controlling

  • Responsibility for the preparation, coordination and accuracy of payroll in close collaboration with the external payroll provider ADP as well as with internal interfaces and external partners
  • Preparation of analyses and reports for Finance/Controlling, e.g. headcount figures, accruals and related metrics
  • Support of year-end closing activities in HR as well as handling of tax and social security audits
  • Implementation and maintenance of collectively agreed and company-specific compensation structures, job evaluation (in line with ERA Südbaden) as well as support of group-wide compensation and benefits processes
  • Responsibility for the maintenance, quality assurance and preparation of HR master data as the basis for payroll and HR reporting
  • Close and trust-based collaboration with the Works Council as well as internal and external stakeholders, particularly in the context of payroll and reporting
  • Holistic support and advisory to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, particularly in connection with payroll-related topics and HR KPIs
  • Contribution to the optimization of HR, payroll and controlling processes as well as the further development of HR tools and reporting
  • Support of HR projects with a focus on data analysis, reporting and process improvement in daily operations
  • Execution of operational HR administration, including the preparation of contracts, references and payroll-relevant documents for a defined scope of responsibility
  • Support of the entire employee lifecycle with a particular focus on payroll-related processes as well as ensuring accurate and complete HR data
  • Close collaboration with HR team colleagues as well as regular exchange with Finance and Controlling

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalmanagement (z. B. Personalfachkaufleute) oder sonstige Fortbildung im Personalmanagement oder Studium mit Human Resources-Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige HR-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Entgeltabrechnung, idealerweise auch Reporting oder Controlling
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozial- und Steuerrecht mit Bezug zur Payroll
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel) sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Workday und ADP SmartPay (LOGA)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung sowie Affinität zu Daten und HR-Kennzahlen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH

  • Completed commercial/vocational training with further qualification in HR management (e.g. HR Specialist / Personalfachkaufleute), or a comparable additional qualification in HR, or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
  • Several years of HR experience, ideally with a focus on payroll, and ideally also in reporting or controlling
  • Sound knowledge of labor law, social security law and tax regulations related to payroll
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), as well as ideally experience with Workday and ADP SmartPay (LOGA)
  • Practical experience in payroll processing combined with an affinity for data and HR KPIs
  • Strong communication and advisory skills, as well as a structured, analytical way of working
  • Very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
