About the roleAn exciting opportunity has opened up at Trustpair and we're searching for our next HR Generalist Apprentice/Intern!
This role is part of our People team and reports to Aziza, our People Development & Operations Manager. As a HR Generalist Apprentice/Intern, you'll have the opportunity to explore a broad scope of responsibilities, maintaining a very high standard of HR processes & office management. You'll collaborate across all teams and with many managers at Trustpair, providing a 360° view of People Operations in an international and ambitious scale-up.
This role is for an internship, or 1 or 2 year apprenticeship only. And requires weekly presence in our Paris office.
Internship/apprenticeship is paid according to contract type, e.g. up to €1400 for an end of study internship.
What you'll do:HR Admin & Payroll (Europe & US):Preparing payroll processes (collecting variable elements, adding new joiners and following up on departures, etc)
Preparing HR administration documents (contracts, amendments, regulatory documentation, etc)
Answering ad-hoc requests from employees
You will contribute to increase the team’s sense of belonging at Trustpair, through the implementation of key events and culture-focused initiatives.
Suggesting and contributing to the organization of internal events (monthly aperos, parties, seminars, etc.)
Setting up team building activities (seminars, random lunches, vis-ma-vie, virtual games, competitions, sports tournaments)
You will contribute to maintain a high level of satisfaction when it comes to Trustpair's working environment; managing warm and welcoming offices.
Taking care of our Paris office by ensuring we maintain a high-quality, functional and clean working environment

You already have one professional experience of 3-6 months (internship or apprenticeship) in HR, ideally in a start-up / scale-up environment
You are currently studying for a Bachelor/Master 1 in HR / Business Administration / Management at University or Business School
You are proficient of the Google Suite / Office Pack and you are eager to discover and use new IT tools (Notion, slack…)
You are detail-oriented and rigorous (you always double check the information you share)
You’re autonomous in finding solutions to problems and also have strong interpersonal / relationship skills to work cross-team
You have strong organisational skills
You are curious, positive and full of energy
You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, fluent in French & English

Trustpair provides enterprises with a payment-security platform that verifies bank-account ownership, detects anomalies, and validates vendor data before payments are initiated. It automates account validation across 190 countries and integrates with ERP, vendor-onboarding, and payment systems including SAP, Coupa, Kyriba, and Ivalua. By monitoring vendor information throughout the procure-to-pay lifecycle, it helps finance teams reduce payment errors, prevent vendor fraud, and avoid costly rejections.
