Associate HRBP (internally titled Human Resources Generalist II)
The Human Resources Generalist II (HRG II) partners with employees and first-mid line managers to support assigned business units across key areas of the employee experience, including employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and development. The HRG II helps drive business performance by delivering practical HR guidance, executing core people programs, and ensuring alignment with company policies, practices, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, business-minded HR professional who can build strong relationships, navigate employee matters, analyze trends, and support leaders in creating a positive and high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Partners with leaders and employees across assigned business units to provide support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations issues, conflict resolution, investigations, career development, and retention strategies.
• Coordinate and execute HR programs and processes, including goal setting, performance review cycles, people planning, performance improvement process, mobility, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach managers on company policies, people practices, and leadership standards to promote consistency across the organization.
• Build strong relationships with employees and managers to improve communication, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Review employee relations, attrition, engagement, and feedback data; identify trends and share insights with leadership.
• Support company-wide HR rollouts and ensure consistent execution across the business.
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation when required in accordance with company policy and compliance requirements.
• Manage offboarding activities, conduct exit interviews, and provide trend analysis and recommendations to leaders.
• Partner with HR leadership to analyze metrics and develop solutions, programs, and policy recommendations.
• Maintain working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements relevant to assigned regions and responsibilities.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and practices and support job description development as needed.
• Identify training and development needs, particularly related to leadership and soft skills, and partner with Learning & Development to address them.
• Facilitate new manager training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in areas such as Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Development, Recruiting, Compensation, Training, or Benefits.
• Employee relations experience required.
• Ability to build credibility and partner effectively with employees and leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Ability to provide practical, solution-oriented HR support.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and other HR tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data.
• Proficient in excel.
