IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS
Sie betreuen unsere Mitarbeitende in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
Dafür setzen Sie selbständig verschiedene personaladministrative Tätigkeiten um, z. B. Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen sowie die Pflege und Verwaltung der Mitarbeiterstammdaten
Zudem stellen Sie termingerecht Stamm-, Zeit- und Gehaltsdaten für die Personalabrechnung bereit
Des Weiteren begleiten Sie und unterstützen Sie diverse Jahreswechselaktivitäten (u.a. T-Zug, jährliche Sonderzahlung)
Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie vertrauensvoll mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen
Sie arbeiten in globalen HR-Projekten mit
Sie unterstützen bei Prozessdokumentationen
IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung / Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR-Generalist (m/w/d), gerne auch in der Projektarbeit
Sie bringen Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht mit
Sie zeichnen sich durch eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
Sie begeistern mit Ihrer Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ServiceNow und Workday ist von Vorteil
Erfahrungen mit Tarifverträgen sind wünschenswert (Metall-Tarif)
Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Skills Required
- Completed commercial training/studies with a focus on HR or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in project work
