HR Generalist (all genders)
Your responsibilities and opportunities:
- Close collaboration and alignment within a regional HR team
- Support in the development and implementation of our global HR strategy across recruitment, employee development, organizational structure, and compensation & benefits
- End-to-end support for employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle for a defined population
- Guidance and support to managers on all HR-related topics
- HR administration (including preparation and amendment of employment contracts, handling individual HR measures, system administration, and data maintenance)
- Planning and coordination of training activities in cooperation with relevant departments
- Recruitment of blue- and white-collar employees for the assigned area
- Preparation of analyses, reports, and statistics
- Trusted collaboration with the local works council
- Participation in various HR projects and support for HR-related audits
- Support to the HR Line Manager

Your profile
- Degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor and social security law
- Reliable, independent, and self-driven working style
- Empathetic and confident personality, strong communication skills, team spirit, and a hands-on mindset
- Strong MS Office skills, fluent German and very good English (written and spoken)
- Basic experience with HR systems, ideally Workday
- Experience working with works councils is a plus
