Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
HR Generalist with German
Poznań,Poland
HR Generalists Provide professional service for internal customers within regional HR processes by responding to transactional and process requests (You will act as a 1st line support and administrator for employees).
Your responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support and drive transactional services and data quality, making sure appropriate and timely completion of all required system and process steps, and document preparation.
  • Assist with maintaining documentation and current knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR data changes
  • Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to ensure up to date process and resolve issues.
  • Deliver high quality customer service.


Our requirements:

  • Min. bachelor's degree
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Communicative knowledge of German language
  • Have analytical skills and customer service mind-set
  • Willingness to develop within the field of HR
  • Be capable to work independently and as a team member
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel


Nice to have:

  • Experience in HR/HR Services, Customer Service or Administration
  • Experience in process or project management
  • Experience in data analysis
