  • 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally within a HR Generalist or comparable role supporting a broad range of HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, employment standards, and regulatory requirements across both Canada and the United States.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively engage with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational excellence, and effective time management, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, with Dayforce experience considered a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated professional judgment, discretion, and integrity when managing sensitive and confidential employee and organizational information.
