The Data Center Manager will oversee 24/7 operations, manage daily activities, ensure compliance with procedures, and coordinate maintenance and projects in the data center. Responsibilities include managing installations and overseeing a team, alongside capacity management and customer service level adherence.

Lead 24x7 data center operations across Columbus facilities, managing shift schedules, staff performance, mission-critical electrical/mechanical systems, customer installations, change management, incident response, safety/compliance, and interconnection governance to ensure uptime and site readiness.

Provide night/weekend on-site support at a data center: perform routine checks and rounds, telecom cabling and basic connectivity tests, monitor DCIM alarms, respond to incidents, document interventions, maintain telecom/technical areas, assist clients and colleagues, and follow safety, ISMS and EMS procedures.

Evaluate and design AI-ready data center infrastructure by analyzing AI compute architectures, power and cooling needs, networking impacts, and energy strategies. Develop roadmaps, vendor assessments, and standards for high-density AI deployments across design, construction, operations, and utility coordination.

The Level 1 Data Center Technician is responsible for client communications, data center operations and maintenance, monitoring environmental systems, and ensuring security compliance.

Lead the global tax strategy for Cologix, ensuring compliance and optimization in tax filings for US and Canada. Manage a team to prepare tax provisions, audits, and provide strategic tax planning insights for growth initiatives.

The Director of Infrastructure will define and govern enterprise infrastructure strategy for electrical and mechanical systems across data centers, ensuring consistency, reliability, and safety. They will manage capacity planning, vendor governance, and compliance frameworks to support growth and operational excellence.

Manage and grow the Midwest indirect partner ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and advising channel partners. Drive partner-sourced revenue across colocation, interconnection, cloud, and infrastructure solutions, create joint business plans, deliver partner training, collaborate with sales/marketing/engineering, maintain CRM forecasts, and meet bookings and pipeline targets.
