Oversee physical security at a hyperscale data center: supervise contract security officers, enforce access and visitor protocols, monitor CCTV/access/fire/alarm systems, respond to incidents and medical emergencies, conduct patrols and investigations, train staff, and support the security manager.

Perform general ledger accounting including accruals, reconciliations, monthly close support, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvements while ensuring GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.
