Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various HR functions to our Italian subsidiary, ~100 FTEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, review and reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies and address any issues related to payroll.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including staff files, first point of contact for employees regarding employment contracts, labour law, healthcare, pensions, retirement plans, and vacation time.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires.
- Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews, and providing guidance to managers.
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc degree
- 5-6 years of experience in a complex HR role, strong focus on providing operational support
- Excellent knowledge of Italian employment laws and regulations, used to work with an external payroll service provider
- Excellent English skills, you would be member of an international team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
