Position: HR Executive
Location: Head Office – Malad East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
  • Manage joining formalities, induction, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team team for preboarding and offer letter generation
  • Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Managing exit formalities and full & final settlement process for PAN India employees
  • Assist in statutory compliance activities (PF, ESIC, etc.)
  • Support HR team in audits, inspections, and internal reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and compliance
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Skills Required

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and compliance
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
