Human Resources Executive
plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
This role involves managing HR processes, supporting employee development, and
promoting company culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, has

Must Have
Responsibilities:
1) Onboarding/Offboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new
hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Manage the visa, work permits, cancellations
etc.
2) Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of
contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Promote a positive and
inclusive workplace culture.
3) Culture & Engagement:
Organize and promote company
events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Gather employee feedback and
implement initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Champion company values and
encourage a positive work environment.
4) Performance Management
& Training Support:
Provide necessary support to
the HR Manager to ensure Performance management and Training initiatives of the
company are completed as per deadlines
6) HR Policy &
Documentation:
Ensure compliance with local
labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee
records and manage HR documentation.
Assist in developing and
updating HR policies and procedures.
7) Payroll &
Compensation:
Ensure monthly payroll is
processed with 100% accuracy and as per timelines
Support the HR Manager with
all compensation & benefits related initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’
experience in HR or People & Culture role in UAE is a must.
- Strong understanding of HR
principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills.
- Ability to handle
sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, organized, and
able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
