Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across departments
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from department heads
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interviews
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and panel members
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Collect and verify candidate documents before onboarding
Support background verification processes if applicable
Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth joining of new hires
Maintain employee records and recruitment files
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies
Support HR audits and documentation as required
Requirements
Skills Required
- MBA in HR
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
