Role Summary

Bengaluru is looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to
manage recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal
candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
a sound understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain
employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate
attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
- Support
performance appraisal and HR compliance.
- Assist
management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- MBA
in Human Resources or a recognized certification in HR Management.
- Minimum
2 years of HR experience.
