Summary
We are
looking for a proactive and analytical HR Executive to support our Talent
Acquisition and HR Analytics functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining recruitment data,
preparing HR dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve hiring
efficiency and workforce planning. This role requires strong coordination
skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft
Excel.
Requirements
Recruitment
& Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment
lifecycle for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals,
social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial
candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring
managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and
monitor hiring progress.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate
pre-joining documentation.
- Ensure timely onboarding of selected
candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of
qualified candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to
understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
HR
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR and recruitment
databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as:
- Time to Hire
- Time to Fill
- Offer Acceptance Ratio
- Source Effectiveness
- Recruitment Cost
- Joining Ratio
- Vacancy Ageing
- Interview-to-Selection Ratio
- Attrition Trends
- Generate HR MIS reports and provide
data-driven insights to management.
- Support workforce planning and manpower
forecasting through HR data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality,
and compliance with organizational standards.
HR
Operations Support
- Assist in employee onboarding and
induction.
- Maintain employee records and
recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate background verification and
document collection.
- Support HR projects, audits, and process
improvement initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement activities
as required.
Required
Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment
processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Basic Formulas).
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, or
recruitment portals.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and stakeholder
management abilities.
- High attention to detail and data
accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring
requirements simultaneously.
Educational
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources,
Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).
Preferred
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in
Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Analytics.
- Experience in IT, BPO, Retail, or
corporate hiring will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
